Gum Disease Remedies

Gum Disease Remedies are specifically for GINGIVITIS (Bleeding Gums, Receding Gums) and PYORRHEA (Gum Disease, Periodontal Disease). Copper, calcium, and vitamins C and D are needed for strong healthy teeth. Bioflavonoids, niacin and folic acid, are also needed for healthy gums. Natural remedy followers believe if you take care of the teeth, and the gums will be healthy too.
To care for infected gums:

    • Brush with a mixture of salt and baking powder (or activated charcoal), rinse with hydrogen peroxide. Brush gently with a soft toothbrush. Firm brushing with firm toothbrush will scratch your tooth enamel.
    • Floss daily without fail.
    • Rinse (swish) the gums and teeth for 60 seconds with Colloidal Silver 1100 PPM
    • Rub an opened capsule of vitamin E oil on gum line daily.
    • Start taking calcium lactate.
    • Reduce or better yet stop using caffeine, alcohol and nicotine.
    • Absorb more sunshine or take Vitamin D supplement.
    • Exercise your teeth and gums by eating raw vegetables and fruit.
    • Reduce sugar consumption.
    • Neutralize stress by exercising, this will increase blood circulation and encourage healthy gums.
    • Stop eating junk and processed foods.
    • Take Vitamin C.
    • Find a supplement that includes bioflavonoids, niacin and folic acid.

Chewing tobacco is a huge cause for gum disease. Inspect regularly under the tongue for sores as this is an early sign of mouth cancer.
