Herbs for the healing of the body.

Stings, Bites and Itches.

Its summer and everyone is outside, so are the ants, mosquitoes and wasp.

Here are some natural tips for taming the pain:

Stings

Make a paste of meat tenderizer and water and spread it on the bite or sting area. Salt and water has similar effects. Baking soda and water held in place for 15-20 minutes will alleviate most pain.

Burns
Aloe leaf cut long ways and placed goo side on the burn is best. Repeat often, and store the cut aloe leaf in the frig until next use. Cool water on the burn helps. Whole milk compress helps speed healing. .

Sooth the mind

Teas made from chamomile, lemon balm and linden will help as a tension taming tea.

The body needs trace minerals to keep a healthy balance. These minerals are found in the herbs, and live plant foods of our diet. When our diet is depleted of the 75 essential minerals our immune system weakens and disease is prevelant.
