Diabetes Natural Remedy Options

Sunday, March 30th, 2008

Diabetes Natural Remedy for the above normal levels of glucose in the body. This metabolic disorder in which the body doesn’t produce enough insulin hormone, or the body improperly utilizes insulin causes heart disease, kidney failure, blindness, and in some cases loss of limbs. For the 20 plus million Americans afflicted with type 1 and type 2 diabetes there are more than just the conventional medicine treatments. Diabetes Natural Remedy Options are natural approaches to help limit diabetes threatening conditions.

The most known Diabetes Natural Remedy is proper diet change and exercise. Joining the gym and working out 3 days a week is not the remedy. Radical weight loss is not part of this remedy regimen. Moderate weight lose and exercise resulting in 5% or more lost pounds can make a tremendous difference in the physical well being of diabetes sufferers. Walking is a task man was designed to achieve. A short walk 3 times a week could accomplish your exercise requirement. Park at the end of the other cars and walk the extra 75 feet to the market or store door. Walk the corridor of your building complex just for a walk. Walk in the yard around your home. After a month, extend your walk to the distance of one block. You will feel a difference and grow healthier. Your optimum distance will be made known to you, IF YOU ARE CONSISTANT with your exercise. Your diet is to be included with your exercise. DRINK WATER! The formula is: divide your weight by half and count the pounds as ounces. Example: weight = 150 pounds, divided by ½ = 75. This person would drink 75 ounces of water a day which is 9+ cups of water a day. Cut back on all sodas (best to eventually eliminate!). Eat vegetables and fruit and omit trans fats from the diet. Use coconut oil and olive oil to cook with.

Walking and diet changes can be combined with known Diabetes Natural Remedy Options:

  • Pycnogenol: is an antioxidant that through studies have shown to lower blood glucose, high blood pressure, and LDL cholesterol without affecting insulin levels.
  • Mullaca: Procure roots of 3 mullaca plants. These roots can be cut or blended and then add 8 oz. of rum and marinate for a week. Add Honey to taste. Take 4 oz 2 times a day for 2 months. Leaves of the mullaca plants can be added to the marinade as they are a natural diuretic.
  • Green plaintain peelings: Drink the water 3 times a day from green plantain peelings that has been allowed to marinate overnight. Green plaintain peelings drink lowers theblood sugar level in the body. New peeling every day.
  • Cinnamon: Helps to reduce blood sugar.

  • Good oils: olive oil and coconut oil to cook with, flaxseed oil, fish oil, borage oil as supplements.

Always remember the body has the ability to heal itself if given the proper nutrients. The nutrients build the immune system and allow the body to defend against disease and repair the body.

Natural Flu Remedy

Monday, March 17th, 2008

Natural Flu Remedy considered the best flu remedy is to support your body’s natural defense method which is the immune system and increase your vitamin C intake. Flu can kill, especially those whose bodies are made susceptible by other illness and poor maintenance.

The Asian flu kills by quickly consuming all the vitamin C in your body. Without vitamin C, with this flu, you get scurvy and can hemorrhage in your lungs and sinuses. It is a key flu remedy to increase your Vitamin C storage in your body.

Vaccines and anti- drugs can interfere with your body’s natural body operation. You need a high functioning immune system when susceptible to flu. Enhancing your immune system and taking large doses of Vitamin C is an important flu remedy.

The flu remedy begins with determining the amount of Vitamin C for you. Start by taking 1000 mg with your meals. Increase to between 2000 and 4000 mg. Take Vitamin C with your meals and with a substance that coats the stomach so you don’t have stomach upset. In this flu remedy this is the normal dosage for an adult. When your body begins to complain with a little bit of diarrhea, you know that you have reached your optimum intake and cut your dosage back just enough to eliminate the diarrhea. This vitamin regimen is imperative as a flu remedy. When you have the flu, your ability to handle Vitamin C will increase, so the dosage for flu remedy while ill is different than the preventive dosage for flu remedy.

Buy vitamin C also known as ascorbic acid in powder form and mix it with juice or water. Again take this dose with a meal as an effective flu remedy. Adjust the dosage for children to be proportionate with their body weight for an effective flu remedy.

Another immune support supplement is colloidal silver. Colloidal silver is one of the trace minerals needed for a healthy body. Keep your immune system at its peak for flu season by maintaining with colloidal silver.

SUPERBUG 2008 More resistant than 2005

Thursday, March 06th, 2008

SUPERBUG in 2005 infected over 94,000 and killed over 18650, almost 20% mortality! The bad news is the methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus, MRSA, bacteria, (SUPERBUG) in 2008 is more resistant to present day antibiotics!

What is this SUPERBUG? Superbug, known as the acronym MRSA, and the medical description Methicillin-Resistant Staphylococcus Aureus, is really a bacteria that has developed a high resistance to all antibiotics that is supposed to kill it. The SUPERBUG will manifest itself in the skin as boils and pimples but is actually spreading via the bloodstream to the essential heart, lungs and other organs. If left untreated or delayed treatment could cause death as it did in 2005. MRSA Superbug bacteria have been around since the beginning of time, HOWEVER, because of antibiotics, this bacteria has MUTATED to become the barely treatable Community-Acquired MRSA SUPERBUG of 2008. This new mutated bacteria has migrated from its regular lair of hospitals and nursing homes to now prey on the young as well as weakened community. Community-Acquired MRSA can appear as an insect or spider bite and then strike the entire body through the bloodstream.

What can be done to prevent SUPERBUG 2008? Doctors and scientist are scrambling to combine approved antibiotics to treat the Community-Acquired MRSA SUPERBUG. Early treatment appears to give the greatest results. Unfortunately MRSA SUPERBUG is a communicable disease that can be spread by coughing or touching such as in schools, mass transit as well as any high density congregation! The Natural News reported “The hilarious thing in all this is that MRSA can easily be killed by colloidal silver, garlic, Chinese herbs or numerous other natural substances that modern doctors continue to pretend don’t exist.” (http://www.naturalnews.com/022765.html). There was also an interesting article in the Wall Street Journal about Colloidal Silver and its benefits. (As with any supplement or prescription read the suggested use. The media and Doctors that are driven by large pharmaceuticals herald that colloidal silver needs to be re-registered as a drug so they can prescribe it, OR NOT! But in the mean time they cry that colloidal silver is toxic and should not be taken. (Double standard or is it that they can not profit from this supplement?) A leading Texas Toxicologist recently testified that there are NO known side effects WHEN colloidal silver is taken according to the suggested use.)
